Question 1: We know from the teasers and blurbs that Becky and Thya are the same person, does Becky experience physical changes as Thya?
Yes almost immediately when she arrives in Tsinia. Her appearance chances first which is why she believes it all to be a dream. It‘s when she comes out of the Plecky that her personality and mannerism slowly change.
